Workshops are three hours in length, and are held on Zoom. Registration is required.

The cost of each workshop is $60.00 per person. If you choose to register for a subsequent multi-week class, the $60.00 charge will be applied to the class tuition.

Topics include, and are not limited to:

  • Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
    • Through awareness of thoughts, emotions, and body sensations, you'll learn the benefits of responding intentionally instead of automatically reacting. $60.00 fee is applicable to the multi-week MBSR course.
  • Mindful Eating: A Non-Diet Approach for Healthy Mind & Body
    • Improve your relationship with food and your body through an understanding of what you're truly hungry for and how you're attempting to fulfill your hunger. $60.00 fee is applicable to the multi-week Mindful Eating course.

  • Mindfulness at Work
