ARE COURSES AND WORKSHOPS OFFERED MORE THAN ONCE?

Yes, they are held several times a year.

WHAT IF I MISS THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER FOR A MULTI-WEEK COURSE?

If the course has not yet begun, contact Mindful Living to see if space is still available. If the start date for the course has passed, it is recommended that you wait to register until the course is offered again. Each session builds upon the previous one, so it is of the greatest benefit for you to attend from the very beginning.

ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE FOR THE MULTI-WEEK COURSES?

Yes, simply inquire with Mindful Living.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

Yes, all credit and debit cards are accepted for any service, course, or workshop. You may also pay with cash or check. Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) may also be accepted.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL THERAPY?

There is no penalty for cancellations made 24 hours prior to the appointment. Full payment is required for cancellations of less than 24 hours prior.

WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

The office is open by appointment only.

DO YOU OFFER EVENING APPOINTMENTS?

Yes, appointments until 9:00 pm are available Mondays through Thursdays.

WHAT ABOUT PARKING IN DOWNTOWN ROCHESTER?

The East Street Parking Deck is located directly behind the building (the building name is Main Street Plaza), and there is an east entrance from the alley parallel to the Parking Deck. The first hour of parking is free in the Deck. There are also numerous parking meters on Main Street and the surrounding side streets. All pathways are well-lit and well-maintained.

IS THE OFFICE HANDICAP-ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, there is an elevator at the east entrance.
