In response to the recent "shelter-in-place" directive, Mindful Living climbed the steep learning curve and has become adept with its online capabilities. All of the features that make in-person sessions so beneficial, including interactive discussions and small group experiences, are possible through the virtual model. While not as perfect as being together physically, it is possible to create an effective learning environment and sense of community online!
